Installing a DSG Gearset requires technical expertise and fine tuning of the Gearbox. Research and read voraciously to unlock the full potential of these gears. The official DSG instruction manual is a good start: http://www.siegetek.com/instructions/cyclone.pdf

As mentioned in the installation notes, trimming the tappet plate to at least 11mm, and installing a spring guide spacer OR using a strong spring is necessary for installation.
